Edit this exact photo. Keep the woman exactly the same: her face pixel-identical, every facial feature, expression, skin with its natural wrinkles, her short silver pixie hair, her glasses, her pose, hands and body proportions, the framing. Do not retouch, rejuvenate, slim or beautify her. Change only her clothes to an elegant evening outfit for the opening ceremony of a grand international film festival: a floor-length black velvet gown with long sleeves and a soft boat neckline, with fine hand-embroidered golden rays of light flowing from the shoulder down across the dress like the beam of a lamp; a light golden silk cape-coat over the shoulders; pearl drop earrings. Restrained, noble, not provocative. Replace the background with soft dark stage bokeh of golden lights. Remove all logos and text.
